Troubleshooting

The cursor does not move smoothly:
· Remove the trackball inset ring.
· Take out the track ball. Wipe the ball and the rollers with a clean, lint-free cloth.
· Reassemble the trackball and inset ring.

The mouse is not detected:
· Make sure that the mouse is plugged into the right port.
If using a USB mouse, ensure that the USB hub driver is installed correctly.
· You may also have other mice or devices that conflict with the mouse.
Try to remove all other devices except for the RGO Mouse, then restart the computer.

The cursor moves only a small distance when the trackball is moved:
· Open the “Control Panel”
· Select the mouse icon and proceed to the “Motion” tab
· Adjust the “Pointer Speed” and/or “Acceleration” to a faster level.
